One of a kind silver soldered druzy amethyst heart with created vintage silver bail, vintage rhinestone component securely silver soldered.  A beautiful mix of sterling wire wrapped faceted amethyst, citrine, fresh water pearls in light grey, vintage rhinestone rondelles and rough cut amethyst with delicate sterling chaining. A gorgeous assemblage adjustable to 22 inches.
